Summer restaurant Saturday, August 12 - Lunch at 1 p.m

On Saturday, August 12, you are warmly welcome to Karin, Per and our chef friend Daniel, most recently from Chipiron in Stockholm, to share an experience with us, 6 courses where we experiment with unique ingredients from our lake, forest and farm.

We planted the first seeds on January 28th, hunting has been in full swing during the winter and fishing begins when the ice has disappeared from the lake.

When: August 12 at 1 p.m

The price is SEK 800 for the food. You buy the drink on site, e.g a wine package for SEK 700 or a non-alcoholic package for SEK 250
